What is the minimum order volume?
We work with full containers of a single product, mixed containers and pallet quantities in consolidated shipments. We confirm the minimum volume and consolidation options for the selected product and route.
How long does delivery take?
The indicative timeframe is 40–60 days. The exact lead time depends on product readiness, the manufacturer, route and formalities. We separately agree the timeframe and the event from which it is measured in the quotation.
How does payment work?
An advance is paid when ordering, with the balance paid at agreed delivery stages. We set the advance amount and payment schedule before placing the order.
Can you find an alternative to our current brand?
Yes. Send us the name and specification of your current ingredient, your end-product requirements and application conditions. We will select an option for comparison and agree on production trials.
What documents will the buyer receive?
We determine the documentation for the specific product and delivery. We work with specifications, certificates of analysis and conformity documents. We will clarify which manufacturer documents are available before ordering and which are issued for the batch.
